Terms of Service

By creating an account or using DataEngineerPro (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You need an account to access most of the Service. You may sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Parts of the Service are available free of charge. Full access requires a Pro subscription, billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods.

We may change prices with reasonable notice. Price changes apply only to new billing periods.

You agree not to:

• Share your account or Pro access with others.
• Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the lessons, problems, solutions, or course materials.
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content, including fake salary or job offer entries.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

You keep ownership of content you submit (such as salary entries, job offers, or summaries). By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content as part of the Service. Do not submit anything that includes confidential employer information you are not authorized to share.

We may edit or remove contributed content that violates these terms or the spirit of the community.

The lessons, coding problems, projects, and other materials on the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are provided for your personal learning use only. You may not use them to train machine learning models or to operate a competing service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that completing the material will result in any particular job or career outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will announce material changes on the site, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
